SPARKLING LEMONGRASS IRISH COFFEE

This Irish style beverage combines sparkly and fresh lemongrass, bitter of espresso, with elegant, creamy almond cream on top.

Mix Tutu Almond and whipping cream on shaker, shake it hard to make it foamy. Pour Tutu Lemongrass,Tutu Sweet and Sour, simple syrup, and espresso on glass. Add cold soda slowly to avoid carbonation loss. Top with almond cream slowly on top to create layers. Garnish as you pleased.
